Macy, Registered Physical Therapist
John
Macy P.T. has been teaching people how to improve their coordination
and movement for over twenty years. As a Physical Therapist
he has worked directly with thousands of people with injuries
and dysfunctional movement patterns that limit their ability
to participate in life at the level they desire. His therapeutic
approach focuses on restoring a person's mechanical ability
to move optimally and combines this with teaching how to use
this ability in any activity. By using this approach clients
learn how to help themselves and improve their performance in
their favorite activities.
Mr. Macy
has specialized in treatment techniques that improve the body's
structural ability to move such as Strain-Counterstrain, Myofascial
Release and CranioSacral therapy. In addition, Mr. Macy has
